Great Service this morning !

My Wife & I went to a Salvation Army Service today, just for something completely different. It was low key, warm, and pulsing with Community Feeling. A great Church of God's Practical People. They live to give. Santa's elves on steroids ! And I say that in the most respectful way, and, no, I don't really go for The Santa Thing. AND they are Christians to the core !
I wish I was that dedicated - to physically go out into the real world and help people that others normally forget, or even look down upon, with nothing but a few blankets and God's Guidance. Humbling might be a good word, or inspiring. I'd recommend a visit to the Sallies to anyone, just for the experience.
